You have your origin in God
Toyohiko Kagawa was one of the Christian leadersin the early 1900s. He also played an active part in social services. He is widely known as a founder of COOP (Consumers’ co-operative). His novel “Shisen wo koete” was serialized in newspapers and became a bestseller. But he had no hope during his age of puberty.
When he was a junior high school student, his mother told him a terriblething. “You are not my child. You are the child of a mistress and your father. ”On hearing this, he tried to commit suicide. “I’m not loved. I was a person who didn’t deserve to be born here.”Isn’t there anything shocking than this? The thing that disappoints us is that we can’t find the value of ourselves and the meaning of life.
Nowadays, many young people are worried that they can’t accept their environment they grew up and their parents and can’t find the meaning of life. Statistics show that the number of suicide of students has been increasing. They don’t want to die. Although they want to live, they can’t find the meaning of life, and they commit suicide.
Have you ever felt you were ignored in society or abused by someone? Have you ever thought you have no value?Do you know the meaning of life? If so, I want you to listen to the voice of God who speaks through the Bible.
“You are precious and honored in my sight and I love you.” (Isaiah 43:4)
According to the Bible, you were created as a unique and irreplaceable being in this world by God the Almighty who is full of love. Moreover, God loves you just as you are. In God, you have your origin and recovery of your life. Feel free to come to our church. I welcome you from my heart.
